Studies have shown that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as good eating habits and regular exercise, can reduce Alzheimer's disease risk by up to 60%. Alzheimer's disease is the most common degenerative brain disease that causes dementia.

The research team at the National Aging Institute conducted research on 3,000 Americans. Based on these data, the research team evaluated five lifestyle factors, such as △good eating habits, △physical activity, △non-smoking, △brain spinning activity, △drinks.

As a result of the study, those who had 0 to 1 out of 5 healthy lifestyles and observed 2 to 3 of them had a 37% lower risk of Alzheimer's disease and 60% of those with 4 to 5 more.

The results of this study (Healthy lifestyle and the risk of Alzheimer's dementia: Findings from two longitudinal studies) were published in'Neurology'.

The following are 5 lifestyles introduced by the research team that can help with brain health and prevent dementia.
