There are so many different hair products in stores now that you can't choose anything the first time. And before women, with the help of only one combs, a couple of curlers and varnish "Prelest", constructed such masterpieces on their heads that Madonna nervously smoked on the sidelines. It's funny that nowadays many young professionals are returning to “grandmother's” recipes. No, there is no need to make plastic from hair "Prelest". But mixing your hairspray is not a bad idea. Budgetary and absolutely harmless to hair!

Hairspray is sure to be found among the cosmetic deposits of most women. Especially curly or preferring perfectly sleek hairstyles. But even the newest and most professional "tamer of rebellious curls" in the bottle has many shortcomings. At the very least, an alcohol in the formula that dries hair mercilessly, contributing to the notorious split ends. As a maximum - the very format of the aerosol, which is slowly but surely destroying the ozone layer of our planet.

It's no surprise that more and more beauty bloggers and even professional stylists are switching to homemade hairsprays. They do no harm to any curls or the planet. But the recipe for this miracle in a bottle is by no means new and was well known to our grandmothers.

To prepare a safe hairspray, you need:

1. 1 cup distilled or filtered water (tap water may be too hard);
2. 4 teaspoons of sugar (for a medium hold spray; the more sugar, the stronger the effect);
3. Lovers of pleasant aromas - 8 drops of any essential oil or mixture;
4. Plastic spray bottle.

Bring the water to a boil, add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Cool the sugar water, pour into a plastic container, and add essential oils if desired. Use as any commercial hairspray. Just keep refrigerated and remember to shake well before each use.

Sugar fixes well even recalcitrant curls without a "plastic" effect. Unless, of course, you overdo it with the quantity. Well, the British (and not only) punks put their famous Iroquois into a strong mixture.
