RECIPE:

Fruit and berry breakfast with chia, flax, sunflower, sesame seeds with the addition of blueberry and banana smoothie.

Preparation:

1 teaspoon each of chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds, pour 1: 1 water overnight. Instead of water, you can take any plant milk: nut, sesame, poppy, sunflower and pumpkin seed milk, coconut milk or coconut water.

In the morning, transfer the seeds, which will double in volume, into a beautiful glass. This will be the first layer of the dish. Now lay out the second layer - blueberry banana smoothie. It is simple to prepare: frozen blueberries and peeled banana are knocked together in a blender. By the way, it can also be pre-frozen. Having previously removed the skin. This will give a pleasant mousse consistency.
