Three exercises for a happy life |
Movement ... For every person this is an absolutely natural action, starting from the first seconds of his life. A small man is born - and immediately begins to move the arms and legs, and all newborns do this in approximately the same way. However, what happens next? Let's watch children of different age groups, how they move. You will very quickly find that everything is completely different, and the older the children, the more the differences will be.
Now let's look at the adults. There will be even more differences, and in different periods of life, the movements of the same person can be very different.
Why is this so? At what point do differences in the movement of people begin and what is the reason for this? What leaves an imprint on the movement, why does one walk with his head raised high, and the other stoops, one waving his arms, and the other tightly presses his arms to himself, one walks, almost jumping up at each step, and the other sluggishly rearranges his legs? ..
Answering these questions, you will most likely say that character, life circumstances, features of the body structure leave an imprint ... And you will be partly right. But how is all this translated into motion? What is the transmission mechanism?
You might be surprised to learn that emotions are to blame. Every emotion not splashed out, every experience associated with personal experience, leaves a mark in the form of "blocks" and "constrictions" in our body. This process begins in early childhood. Parents, raising a child, willingly or unwillingly, lay down certain programs, accompanied by a series of rules and regulations, as well as a taboos on the free expression of emotions. “Don't laugh out loud - it's indecent”, “Men don't cry”, “You behave in such a way that everyone is looking at you”. Further more. A kindergarten, school, society are connected to the "educational" process ... And by the time of growing up, a person becomes "combed" with a whole set of social frameworks of decency and indecency ... But we are all different, with different temperaments, with our true desires,
Atlas of inner experiences
We are different, and all attempts to fit ourselves into the existing social framework are experienced by us in different ways. The stronger the inconsistency of our true "I" with these norms, the more internal experiences, which subsequently leave an imprint on our movements. Moreover, each emotion "stuck" in us puts its "mark" not just anywhere, but in the area of the body, which is responsible for this particular area of life.
Blocks in the upper back indicate emotional overload with various problems, a willingness to bear the "hardships of life".
The heart zone is responsible for the readiness to give love, to love and be loved, to interact with all living things around.
Fears and phobias accumulate in the diaphragm.
The hip area is responsible for the sexual sphere and everything related to it.
Hands show communication with people, comfort in communication in different areas of life, and legs - an intuitive sense of your way forward into the future.
So it turns out that the body is an atlas of the inner experiences of each person. Looking at how a person moves, one can read quite comprehensive information about who he is, what worries him, and even about what happened to him before.
The body is the matrix of human experience. The entire traversed and experienced path is "sealed" in the body and sounds with certain vibrations. But like attracts like. This means that these vibrations attract the corresponding situations into life. So it turns out that a person who radiates a readiness to be “emotionally loaded with problems” will attract these problems like a magnet. Anyone who broadcasts fear will find themselves in dangerous situations ... Anyone who has decided that “love is painful, and at some point deliberately blocked the zone of“ love ”for himself in his youth, will not be able to meet the one or only ... Even in adulthood. The chain "emotion - experience - body block - sounding of the body - attraction of appropriate situations" works until it is interrupted.
But everything can be changed!
How to start the reverse mechanism
By working with the body, you can send a return signal. By harmonizing, liberating your movements, giving freedom to the area of the body responsible for this or that area of life, you can free yourself from old experiences, grievances and patterns and start sounding in a new way, attracting completely different situations. Every change that takes place in the body is necessarily reflected in the mental state of a person.
Look at yourself in the mirror. If you see that the top of your back is gradually turning into a "hook", then we can confidently say that you will have many problems that constantly revolve in your head, annoy and prevent you from sleeping at night. You don't know how to deal with them, you cannot find the answers.
Try three simple exercises, five times each, for 14 days. Before the exercises, it is advisable to do a small warm-up (large circular rotations of the shoulders back and forth).
Exercise 1
Take your hands in the lock behind your head and spread your elbows as far as possible. Feel that your shoulders are drooping, your shoulder blades are connected and tend downward. Lock this position for 7 counts (count from one to seven), then relax.
Exercise 2
From the position of Exercise 1, we bend back in the upper body zone (up to the shoulder blades). Look at the ceiling while bending. Hold the tilt for 7 counts and return to the starting position. Make sure that the pelvis remains level, there is no deflection in the lower back, and the body does not fall back.
Exercise 3
Stand in the Exercise 1 position, bring your shoulder blades together and lift your chest up slightly, stretching the diaphragm. Begin to slowly lean forward, feeling the tension in the area of the shoulder blades. The slope can be minimal. Hold position for up to 5 counts and return to level position.
These exercises will take no more than five minutes to complete. The more difficult it is for you to do them initially, the more you tend to carry the emotional burden of problems on yourself, which means that working on yourself will bring more tangible changes in your life. After two weeks, you will see that not only your back has become smoother, but also the attitude towards your problems has completely changed, and they themselves have partially "resolved".
Cautions for all occasions
I will immediately warn you by telling about what often happens at the initial stages of any activity, and especially those that entail changes in life and require some effort.
You start working on yourself, at first - with enthusiasm and great diligence. After a few days of such work (5-7, depending on the inner will), the mind begins to throw up provocations in the form of such thoughts: "Today there is no time at all, but tomorrow ...", "Maybe, well, him", "In one day nothing will happen, you can skip it ”and so on. Attention is scattered, concentration falls, fluidity draws in - and the firm decision to liberate the body and open its zones, releasing plastic and grace (and therefore changing your life), goes into oblivion. And a failed attempt leaves only regret and inner uncertainty from an unfulfilled promise made to oneself. How many such promises do we accumulate in our lifetime? Therefore, it is important to see the process of changing yourself as a single cycle. Understand,
And there are seven such stages .
1. Formation of intention - you have a desire, intention, impulse to change your life, and you decide to start this process by changing the body and its movements.
2. The beginning of the process - coming to the master or an independent search for exercises.
3. The first results are enthusiasm, zeal, energy surge.
4. The emergence of internal resistance - a provocation of the mind, or "One hundred reasons to justify that today I will not do anything." (And this is good news, as you are approaching the border of your current reality, which means changes. And any change requires strength and energy, which means that the tension is growing).
5. Overcoming resistance - you make an effort on yourself and, without slowing down, continue your studies.
6. Transition to a new level - an increase in mastery, visible changes in the body, inner state and surrounding life.
7. Consolidation at a new level - mastery, the transition to the next stage of mastery and change. A new round, new tasks and a new path to new heights.
Will training can be enjoyable
We have been given an incredible tool - our body through which we can change our life, while enjoying it. For example, through dance. Those who do not have the joy of free movement do not like to dance. They believe that life is hard, those who do not have the joy of freedom to manage their lives.
Harmonious natural movement is the key to harmonious sound that attracts situations, people and events that create harmony in your life.
Love yourself. Love your body. Love your movement. Be free. Be happy!
