Vegetables are a treasure trove of fiber, vitamins and minerals. This is natural. However, some vegetables are also rich in protein.

The American Men's Health introduced five vegetables that can help you eat protein.

◆ Kidney Bean

A cup of Kidney Bean that is good to eat in summertime contains 14g of protein. Of course, it is weak compared to meat. (For example, a cup of chicken breast contains 43g of protein.) However, it is a superior protein source compared to other vegetables. The same is true for other beans, such as green beans and peas.

◆ Potato

Potatoes in summer. One coarse potato contains 7 grams of protein. It is good to bake with a barrel or make it with mash sheet potato. It is also a good idea to add marinated red pepper and cook it as a side dish.

◆ Corn

Corn that is often grown in the summer. One medium-sized corn contains 3 grams of fiber and the same amount of protein. If you pass the market at this time, the smell of corn steaming will tickle your nose. Have fun.

◆ Cabbage

Cabbage is helpful for people with weak intestines. It is also good for vegetarians. This is because one cup of cabbage contains 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. Along with cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower belonging to cruciferous vegetables are as rich in protein.

◆ Turnip

Radish, not radish, is important. One cup of turnip leaves contains 5 grams of protein. Spinach should be purchased by strangers. If made with soup or seasoning, you can consume 1g of protein in one cup.
