The body is inert. It remembers and stores all human experiences for a very long time. Part of this is generic programs that are passed down from genus to genus. For example, everyone in the family has scoliosis, and if in early childhood the programs responsible for its occurrence do not change (parents raise a child with the same attitudes that they themselves received from their parents and strengthened by personal experience), then the child, with a high probability, will also suffer from scoliosis. This does not mean that he will necessarily have scoliosis, but it does mean that he has a predisposition to the formation of curvature of the spine due to the work of programs. If the task, the problem torments you for a long time, the blockage in the body can become chronic. By creating a background in your vibrational field, such a block attracts situations similar to the problem that caused it. Like attracts like. A body free from chronic blocks is an excellent tool for any practice, since it passes and conducts energy much easier, it is younger and healthier. And then it all depends on how your thoughts work, how your feelings work. Everything is interconnected.
By the body, you can understand absolutely everything about a person. Understand what is happening to him now. Because any thought, any concern is immediately fixed by the body in a certain place. If a person has any problems (everyone knows this), his upper back immediately bends. Even if it is a ballerina who is used to walking like a string straight, it is still microscopic, but there will be displacement. It's just that the level of displacement in the worked out body and not in the unworked one will be different.
Each part of the body stores blocks that are responsible for different areas of life and experience. The collection of blocks in different parts of the body makes up a general picture of a particular person. Each person and his body map are purely individual and, accordingly, an individual approach is required.
What the body is responsible for
The legs are responsible for the way forward, but if I speak in general terms, I will not paint everything in detail. A foot, wrapped inward, indicates that a person is blocking his way, is not ready to use all the opportunities that life gives him. The curled left foot overlaps privacy, the right foot overlaps the social sphere. There are exceptions, but extremely rare. If a person is very clubfoot, then either he opens up too much, tells everyone everything, or is very closed. The position of the foot turned inward affects the state of the tucked anus, the kidneys are tucked in, the lower back, the pelvis are tucked in - it is impossible to walk relaxed.
If, while sitting, the groin is turned inside out (legs wide apart) - this is a more open life position (mainly the sexual position), the groin is folded - a closed position. If a woman squeezes her knees and upper leg (this is often the case), this indicates sexual stiffness, enslavement, or too strict upbringing.
The hip joint is associated with the sexual sphere. And then everything resembles chakras, that is, the central chakra - social life, fears, resentments - it's all there.
The heart is love for oneself, love for the world, love for God.
Hands - first of all, communication skills. Hands - very, very many meanings, but from them you can immediately see the softness of a person, the hardness of a person, according to certain movements you can determine how greedy a person is, how generous he is. If you make such a movement, as if you are taking something in front of you, turning the hand, stretching your hand and pulling it back, then by the sharpness of this movement, by the way the fingers are clenched, how the person withdraws his hand (specifically to himself, or drops halfway, or leads away) it is immediately clear who will not miss their own. There are people who, while making this movement, do not even pinch their fingers: they seem to take, but they seem to not take it. And you take it - so you take it, if you give it, take it and run. Even with such elementary examples, you can trace the basic properties of character.
The shoulders show the load - the emotional load of the problems. Because sometimes a person has a lot of problems, but he is easy on this, and in this case, his shoulders will be all right. And there is a problem with a marigold, and a person raises it to the level of an elephant - then the shoulders will be loaded. This is the degree of emotionally loaded from what is happening in life.
The neck has many aspects - life path, strength, etc.
How to change state with movements
Movements can quickly change your mood. By making certain movements, you can adjust yourself to what you need. For example, you need to go to some kind of buffet table. At the buffet, one will run around the hall, communicate with everyone, and the second will stand in the corner and wait for someone to come to him. If you tend to stand in a corner, and you need to communicate with everyone, then you can use physical exercises to bring yourself into a state where you will flutter around the hall in 15 minutes.
With the help of longer sessions, any syndrome can be removed - the block from the body is gradually removed. But it takes intention and action, as always. When the block is removed, the person may even be shaken; he does some simple exercise, and he has the feeling that he is unloading the car. It can be hot, hard, but when the block is removed completely, there is a return impulse to the subcortex of the brain - and a person begins to perceive the same things in a different way, his attitude changes, and when the attitude changes, other situations are attracted. The principle of this is simple. There is a whole system of exercises aimed at working out micromuscles. Usually, during physical activity (including in the gym) we work with the strongest muscles, and it is important for us to strengthen the small muscles that support the spine.
The body is the same layer as working with the head, working with thoughts. People are used to working with their thoughts, believing that the body can be left. But the point is that the body retains the memory for much longer that it attracts situations that are not necessary for a person. You try to think positively, tell yourself that everything is fine with you, but the program “life is hard, you have to fight for everything” sits in you - and it keeps your back crooked, and problematic situations are pouring in and out. Because the body is sounding. And only when the body does not create this negative background, and thoughts and feelings form what you want, you will attract good situations in life.

Gymnastics, which activates those areas of the body that are responsible for cash flow and change the relationship with the energy of money, consists of three stages.
The first stage is setup
Stand straight, trying to straighten your back as much as possible, completely relax your body.
Concentrate on your breathing.
Imagine a picture that personally means to you a state of abundance, prosperity, wealth.
Feel the state that you will experience when you get what you want.
Now imagine that this picture is in front of you at the level of the eyebrows and is enclosed in a luminous ball that shimmers with golden light. Maintain this look throughout the gym.
Second stage - warm-up (body preparation)
1. Straighten your back, soften your knees slightly. Trample in place for one minute (this warms up the feet and strengthens the connection to the ground).
2. Feet shoulder width apart. Circular knee movements. Sit down slightly with your knees in the right corner, then circle them to the left corner and align. Repeat in the opposite direction. Perform 10 times in each direction.
3. Legs shoulder width apart, knees bent. Movement of the pelvis from side to side, without bending the knees, to the maximum. Make sure that the pelvis does not stick out back. Perform 10 times.
4. Legs shoulder width apart, knees bent. Circular movements of the pelvis. Perform 10 times in each direction.
5. Legs shoulder width apart, knees bent, hands on hips. We pull back the pelvis, shoulders (without lifting them) and elbows, creating a deflection in an arc with the opening of the diaphragm. Then we push the pelvis and elbows forward, as if bending ourselves inward, closing the diaphragm. Make sure that the shoulders do not rise and do not lean forward in the closed position. Perform 20 times.
6. Elbows locked behind the head. Pull slowly, to the maximum, elbows back, without raising the shoulders, hold at the point of extension and release. Perform 7 times.
7. Circular movements with the shoulders back, 10 times slowly, 10 times quickly.
8. We rub our hands together.
The third stage is activation
1. Liberation from material preoccupation. Feet shoulder width apart. The knees are bent. We do the fastest, throwing movements with the pelvis back and forth. Try to completely relax the coccyx area.
2. "Root Lock". Building the core of life. Feet shoulder width apart. The knees are bent. We pull the pelvis forward, tightening the buttocks, anus and internal muscles, pulling in the lower abdomen (creating the so-called "root lock"). Starting from the impulse of this movement and keeping the clamp on the bottom, we stretch, as if along a wave, with an aspiration from the bottom up, the whole body to the crown. You should feel that your back is stretched upward.
3. The main exercise. While holding the "root lock", while inhaling, we mentally draw in a stream of golden light from the ball with your picture (see the first stage) into the area between the eyebrows and let it pass to the level of the solar plexus. On exhalation, expanding as much as possible, we stretch the stomach and chest forward, until deflection, opening and releasing the diaphragm zone. We fix ourselves in this position for 2-3 seconds with the feeling of a ball with a golden glow in the solar plexus zone. We repeat the exercise 7 times.
